Getting Wild Here In Baton Rouge…

Well, the sound of helicopters flying over head (transporting patients) has been replaced by roaring winds. The rain is not heavy here but it usually doesn’t start to accumulate until after the winds subside. We have lots of limbs and debris throughout the neighborhood and some minor damage. We have prayed through and annointed the house. We have faith that God has angels all around. We still have power but my sister and grandma lost power early this morning. I have photos and videos but the electricity keeps flickering and I can’t get them loaded. I have old technology. sorry. :(
On another note, New Orleans lower ninth ward is flooding once again. CNN, TWC, and our local news have just shown photos of the water rapidly rising. This is the same area where Brad Pitt just built new homes for some who lost their homes in Katrina.
I also have friends in Houma and the weather there is very brutal as well. Please keep them in prayer.
I will continue to try to upload pics and videos.
