There is nothing like a dysfunctional Christmas…

{dysfunctional} because no family is perfect – and I for one am quite happy that it turns out that way!

I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

The following picture sums up what I realized about this holiday season. Jesus and family are such a great gift, undeserved really but that is what makes them such an awesome gift. Here I am, all unperfect, not feeling well, no make-up or brushed hair for that matter, yet… someone still loves us so much that they are willing to give something that means so much. Thank you Father for the gift of your son. Thank you Ryan, Carsten, Maxon, Andrew, Baby Bayliss, Darin, Andrea, Gabriela, Grant, Mom, Dad, Mawmaw, Ryan, Tori, Mom Drewda, and Sam for an amazing holiday. You all are the true reflection of Christ’s expression of love: imperfections and all.

I hope your holidays were as wonderful as ours.
