Amy, I really enjoyed watching this. I watched it with my daughter, Ellie, your video and other another on swords (at Vision Forum) were loading slowly on the computer we were using so we were going back and forth between them. Ellie was saying, "Back to Cajun Chicken with Amy Bayleaf." It was so cute, I almost didn't correct her. I do think Amy Bayleaf is a good chef's name. :) Anyway, she said she would try the Shrimp Scampi if I made, but at the end, she said it looked like it needed some cheese. LOL! That's my daughter! If my hubby will agree to try it, I'll have to make it...or wait till I'm getting together with some other ladies and make it then.

Thanks so much for your video. I know I'm going to enjoy them all.

I downloaded your recipe as a PDF; love that feature.

I'm definitely going to try this recipe. It looks so good and easy and I doubt it's too high in calories.

Blessings and love,
Debbie
